PAYMENT POLICY
waterpot.in and / or its associate entities have the sole discretion to provide the payment term. The payment must be first received by waterpot.in and / or its associate entities prior to its acceptance of an order. There is no credit given or agreed upon.
The payment shall be made by Credit / Debit Cards or Net banking or UPI or other payment modes like G-Pay, Paytm, Cash on Delivery etc. only.
waterpot.in and / or its associate entities have all the discretion to cancel or deny orders arising due to any errors. Any errors during payment should be sorted by the customer with the payment gateway service provider. waterpot.in and / or its associate entities are not responsible for any failed transactions by the payment gateway service provider.
REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OR CANCELLATION OR RETURN OR CAN USAGE POLICY
(A) Refundable Deposit
(i) Refundable Deposit is applicable only for all 20L water brands.
(ii) Customers can initiate Refund by requesting us on email at admin@waterpot.in.
(iii) Whenever a customer wants rebate on the deposit, customer has to initiate a refund request on email to admin@waterpot.in with details of gpay/paytm number. It is reviewed and paid only if the following conditions are met.
(a) Customer has to return the empty jars in the same condition as received from waterpot.in.
(b) Customer has to request a refund within 60 days from the last order placed in waterpot.in. Customers forfeit their rebate if they did not place any order for 60 days from their last order.
(iv) WOC deducts 20% from the original deposit amount towards processing, depreciation charges and pay the balance to customer.
(v) The processing of refund (after deducting the processing charge incurred) will take maximum 15 working days from the day of refund initiation
(vi) Jars used with other beverage, materials, liquid or gases is not permitted and those cans cannot be accepted for refund. The jars will be examined by the Vendor / Seller during pickup of empty jars and it is sole discretion and decision of waterpot.in.
(vii) Unless a proof of deposit (either invoice/receipt, SMS or email from waterpot.in) is provided, customer will not get refund. Under no circumstances, refund is given without returning the empty jars to waterpot.in..
(viii) Refund is given only to customers who have deposited with waterpot.in. Under no circumstances, refund is given to customers who did not deposit with waterpot.in
(ix) Regarding refund requested during delivery due to partial or full cancellation by customer:
In case, during delivery at door step, customer wants to cancel the delivery due to non availability of empty jars or whatever reasons, waterpot.in can cancel the order and refund the order amount after deducting service charge. The customer is liable to pay service charge despite cancellation of order because delivery team has already incurred cost of logistics.
(B) Cancellation
Cancellation charge is applicable as follows:
(i) Customer can request to cancel the order (calling our customer care support) where the delivery has already started and in-transit, then the full delivery charge per quantity will be deducted from your total Order value.
(C) Return
All our customers can return the product at the time of delivery only if items arrive in bad condition, damaged or leaked. Returns will only be offered if the product is in its original packaging, unopened, unused and returned with the same delivery driver on the same delivery day. We will take the returned product back with us and a credit note for the value of the return products which will be credited to your Gpay/Paytm, which is not applicable for Payments made upon delivery. No return / refund is acceptable for any product that arrives in good condition, and waterpot.in has the right to limit or refuse the acceptance of return of certain products at any time and for any reason.
(D) Can Usage Policy
If customers have not placed orders (10 orders within 4 months), then waterpot.in have all rights to come and collect the empty Cans from the customers. The customers are liable to return the empty Cans to the Seller(s) else deposit will be forfeited.
OFFERS / DEALS POLICY
All the existing consumer benefits like a) Refer & Earn b) Reward Points c) Discount / Value Back Coupons d) Buy 3 Watercans Pay for 2 Only and all other consumer benefits introduced in future by waterpot.in and / or its associate entities are all comes with terms & conditions, limited period offer and / or waterpot.in and / or its associate entities have the sole discretion to modify the terms & conditions at any point of time and / or discontinue the offers / deals at any point of time without any prior notification to you.

DELIVERY POLICY
waterpot.in strives to deliver all products purchased through its website waterpot.in in good condition and in best possible time as per the slot selected.
A confirmation SMS and / or Email may be sent to the concerned modes you provided when you registered as a member. In the same manner, notifications may also be sent if your order has been placed or cancelled.
The time-slot mentioned is just an indication of the delivery in the range of time and the Company is not committing to deliver at any exact or specific time requested by any customer. We will make every effort to deliver within the time-slot stated in your order, but the Company will not be liable for any possible loss caused by late delivery.
All items are available for delivery within the areas mentioned in the website only. Products in waterpot.in are readily available for sale as long as they are on stock. Any buyer shall be notified through Email or by phone for orders which cannot be fulfilled for the time being.
We do not deliver the products on public holidays declared by waterpot.in.
